Gen Kinokura, a 34-year-old man who loves peaceful solitude while camping, and his routine is disrupted when he meets Shizuku Kusano, a clumsy 20-year-old beginner who literally crashes into his campsite. Unable to camp alone due to a lack of gear and skills, Shizuku convinces a reluctant Gen to become her mentor, leading to them "solo camping together" as she learns from him. The season follows their contrasting personalities—Gen's quiet, grumpy nature and Shizuku's cheerful, energetic one—as they bond through shared experiences and delicious campfire cooking.
